What are the requirements for a streaming TV box or stick?
You need a TV set with HDMI ports, electrical outlet, a stable internet connection (preferably more than 15mbps download and a low latency, 0 is perfect but under 30 is decent), HDMI cable (included), ethernet cable (optional, but will improve your experience)
Can I get the box installed for me and set up?
Yes, but you must live in areas served range. Contact us for more information. Our installation fee will vary depending on location and time it takes to install it. We are going to service Wills Point area temporarily.
I have Spectrum internet, am I going to have problems?
Problems with spectrum may occur, like buffering, but it can be fixed. Contact us to help you fix this issue. Most spectrum internet customers have not reported any buffering.
